Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were not only spacious and clean but also exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff providing all the information needed in Sapporo. The location, although a bit far from the center, was still convenient, especially with the courtesy bus service. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a good variety of foods. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel had very spacious and clean rooms, although not completely soundproof. The service was friendly and cooperative. The location was not ideal for some, being a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was rated as very good by many guests.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had a private onsen in the bath, facing the river, although some areas seemed a bit dated, especially during the winter. The service, while in a touristic city and hotel, had some issues with insisting on group queues even with tired babies. The location was convenient for reaching Suskino and nearby markets, although a bit far from the town center. The dining options declined during our stay, but grilled and boiled fish were available. Overall, a decent stay with some notable ups and downs.
